The identity for Hench is based on the mechanical form of equipment used in physical training. Adding and removing weights, plates and barbells, tension and torque.

Hench has gone from a one man operation in a small space, to a the foremost strength and conditioning gyms in the entire country, employing over ten staff. We have worked with Hench over the past 8 years as its grown and evolved. We have worked on all aspects of the business, from print and UX, through to interior fit-out and user experience planning for patrons of the gym.

The user experience at Hench is paramount for all patrons. Tracking and documenting training and progress quantifiables is intrinic to physical training. We produce print pieces for every aspect of the Hench patrons usage. From initial introduction, through to advanced stages of training programmes.
